UK Delivery

We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of receiving your order. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

International Shipping

We are proud to ship AKOBIE pieces to customers around the world. International orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivery times vary by destination.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.


Returns Policy

We hope you love your AKOBIE purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In their original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Return

  1. Email us at order@akobie.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm your return request within 2 business days.
  3. Securely package your item(s) and send them to the address below.
  4. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  5. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at order@akobie.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
